- Pre-orders (where available)

- LinkPlay™ Pro speaker purchases
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by FRKNGHTY.
2. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed and dispatched.
If your order has not yet entered fulfilment:
- A full refund will be issued.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Consumer Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling)
For eligible physical goods, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:
- Notify FRKNGHTY within 14 days of delivery.
- Return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
4. LinkPlay™ Pro Speaker Returns
For LinkPlay™ Pro speakers:
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted when:
- Product arrives damaged
- Product develops a manufacturing fault within 2week.
- Incorrect item received
- Product remains in resalable condition
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns may be declined where:
- Product has been intentionally damaged
- Product has been modified
- Water damage has occurred through misuse
- Serial numbers or branding labels have been removed
- Excessive wear and tear is evident
Returned speakers should include:
- Original packaging
- Charging cable
- Manuals and accessories supplied
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of fault
- Photographs showing the issue
Where verified, FRKNGHTY may offer:
- Replacement product
- Repair
- Full refund
- Store credit
at our discretion and in accordance with UK consumer law.
6. Event Tickets & Digital Products
Event Tickets
All event ticket purchases are generally:
Non-refundable and non-transferable
unless:
- The event is cancelled.
- The event is substantially rescheduled.
- Required by applicable law.
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, digital content, playlists, music releases, promotional packs and other downloadable products become non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
7. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, standard returns procedures apply.
Estimated release dates are provided for guidance only and may change without notice.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
- FRKNGHTY cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within:
5–10 business days
after receiving and inspecting returned goods.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
10. Refused Returns
Returns may be refused where:
- Items show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
- Products are returned incomplete.
- Original components are missing.
- Hygiene seals have been broken where applicable.
- The return falls outside the permitted return period.
